  • The cost of sending goods to service is borne by the customer. Sending goods back from service or replacing them with new items is covered by ŠMIT ELECTRONIC.
  • All SBOX, WHITE SHARK, eShark, TENDA, TECHLY and GOODRAM products ARE NOT REPAIRED; after a defect is confirmed by the central ŠMIT ELECTRONIC service, they are REPLACED with new products.
