Delivery Methods
We ship goods every day via one of our delivery services. Currently these are GLS, In Time and PAKET24 by Croatian Post. Goods will be shipped by one of these services depending on the situation.
Delivery is also possible through other courier services, but because they do not have a warehouse in Kutina, they are somewhat slower and less flexible.
We also ship goods directly to end customers. This means that our wholesale customers can send us their invoice for the end customer by email, and we print it and send it together with the goods.
We also ship goods to retail customers with payment by payment slip or internet banking to our bank account. If you are a retail customer and want to order something from us, send us an email or fax, or call us by phone, and we will send you an offer. After payment is completed, we will ship the goods.
Goods are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery is free for all orders above 150€. If the invoice amount is less than 150€, we charge a delivery cost depending on the quantity of goods, most often 2-4€ excluding VAT.
